RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Tier 1 Tech Support, you are responsible for maintaining and helping manage our clients and their social platforms!
- Managing their social media accounts using our strategies
- Updating and closing work cases that are assigned to you
- Minor Website Adjustments
- Scheduled phone calls and meetings
