Charges and Fees

Taxes and Processing Fees:

At VNATech, we charge a 7% processing fee on orders that we process for you or on behalf of clients / businesses. This fee covers the costs associated with processing payments and helps us maintain the quality of our services. The fee will be added to the total cost of your order. We are committed to providing transparent pricing and ensuring that our customers understand all charges associated with their orders.

Payment Authorization:

By engaging in transactions with VNATech, you hereby authorize us to make charges to the credit or debit card provided for the products or services you have selected. This authorization applies to the agreed-upon amounts as per the terms of the transaction.

In the event of any additional charges arising from changes, modifications, or supplementary services requested after the initial transaction, you agree that VNATech reserves the right to process such additional charges on the provided card(s) without requiring separate authorization.

We assure you that your payment information will be handled securely and in accordance with relevant privacy and security standards. Please be aware that this authorization remains in effect until the completion of the agreed-upon services or until you provide written notification of revocation.

Subscription Payment and Service Termination Policy:

Subscription Payment Obligation: Clients are obligated to maintain up-to-date and timely payments for their subscribed services with VNATech. Subscription fees are outlined in the agreed-upon terms and are due according to the billing cycle.

 

Grace Period: Clients are granted a 7-day grace period from the subscription due date to ensure timely payments. During this grace period, clients have the opportunity to update their payment information to prevent any disruption in service.

 

Service Termination Without Prior Notice: If a client fails to make payment within the 7-day grace period, VNATech reserves the right to terminate services without prior notice. This termination may result in the suspension of access to subscribed services until payment is received.

 

Reactivation of Services: Upon resolution of outstanding payments, clients may request the reactivation of services. Reactivation is subject to VNATech's discretion and may involve additional fees or terms.

 

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for updating their payment information and ensuring sufficient funds are available for subscription renewals. VNATech will provide notifications regarding upcoming payments and potential service termination.

 

No Obligation for Notice: Clients acknowledge that VNATech is not obligated to provide additional notice beyond the 7-day grace period, and termination of services may occur without further warning.

Reputation Disclaimer

VNATech understands the importance of maintaining a positive reputation for businesses, and we strive to provide our services with the utmost professionalism and diligence. However, it is crucial to note that VNATech cannot be held responsible for any damage to the reputation of a business resulting from external factors, public perception, or circumstances beyond our control.

While we are committed to delivering high-quality services, external influences and subjective opinions may impact how a business is perceived. VNATech does not assume liability for any reputational consequences that may arise, and clients engaging our services acknowledge and accept that reputation management is multifaceted and influenced by various factors.

Clients are encouraged to actively monitor their online presence while under the services of VNATech, ensuring the practices align with their business goals and values. VNATech remains dedicated to providing support and guidance within the scope of our services, but ultimate responsibility for reputation management rests with the client.

Terms of Service Agreement

Website Hosting Plans:

This agreement is entered into between the purchaser (Client) and VNATech, representing a service arrangement with VNATech for website hosting. By purchasing a website hosting plan through VNATech, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.

  1. Service Activation: Upon completion of the purchase of the website hosting plan through VNATech, the Client's website will be hosted and powered by Wix.com.

  2. Subscription Period: The subscription period for both website hosting through VNATech and platform services through Wix.com shall run concurrently.

  3. Payment: The Client agrees to the payment terms outlined by VNATech for the hosting plan, and additionally, any fees associated with the subscription plan with Wix.com.

  4. Content and Customization: VNATech retains control and ownership of website content. Customization and management of the website will be facilitated by VNATech, through the Wix.com platform.

  5. Support: VNATech will provide support for website hosting-related issues, while support for the Wix.com platform features will be governed by Wix.com's terms and conditions.

  6. Termination: Termination of the VNATech hosting plan will result in the simultaneous termination of the Wix.com subscription plan and VNATech will remain the sole owner of the website and any virtual products purchased by VNATech on behalf of the Client or Business Entity unless otherwise stated.

By proceeding with the purchase of a website hosting plan through VNATech, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, as well as any additional terms imposed by Wix.com.

Bigger Business Plan Free Trial Policy:

This outlines the terms and conditions associated with the free trial period of VNATech's Bigger Business Plan offered to Clients upon the purchase of a website hosting package. By availing the free trial, Clients acknowledge and agree to the following:

Free Trial Duration:
Upon the purchase of a website hosting package, Clients are eligible for a one-month free trial of VNATech's Bigger Business Plan. The free trial period commences on the date of the website hosting package purchase and VNATech is not obligated to start any of the services until a payment is made.

 

Service Adjustments:
Clients understand that the free trial plan may have service adjustments and could differ slightly from the fully paid Bigger Business Plan. VNATech reserves the right to modify the features and offerings during the free trial period.

 

Client Responsibilities:
During the free trial period, Clients are responsible for knowing the features of the Bigger Business Plan. VNATech is not obligated to provide reminders about the free trial's expiration or what services are provided.

Transition to Paid Plan:
At the end of the free trial period, Clients may choose to continue with the Bigger Business Plan by opting in to automatic payments and making the required payments on time. If the client decides not to subscribe, access to the Bigger Business Plan services will be discontinued.

No Obligation for Notice:
VNATech is not obligated to send reminders or notifications about the impending expiration of the free trial period. It is the responsibility of the Clients to stay informed about the trial's duration.

By using the free trial of VNATech's Bigger Business Plan, Clients acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.

Domains Purchase Agreement:

This agreement is entered into between the purchaser (Client) and VNATech for the acquisition and ownership of a domain name. By purchasing a domain through VNATech, the Client acknowledges and agrees that VNATech will be the sole owner of the domain.

  1. Domain Ownership: VNATech shall be the sole owner of the domain name acquired on behalf of the Client.

  2. Client Usage Rights: While VNATech retains ownership, the Client is granted the right to use the domain for the duration of their active service with VNATech.

  3. Renewal and Expiry: VNATech is responsible for the renewal and management of the domain. The Client is notified in advance of any renewal fees and expiration dates.

  4. Transfer of Ownership: In the event of terminating services with VNATech, the Client may request a domain transfer. Any associated transfer fees and processes will be subject to VNATech's policies.

  5. Domain Privacy: VNATech may provide domain privacy services to protect the Client's personal information in public domain registration records, subject to additional terms and fees.

  6. Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for adhering to VNATech's terms of service and payment obligations to maintain active ownership and usage rights of the domain.

By proceeding with the purchase of a domain through VNATech, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Additional and Miscellaneous Services Agreement:

This agreement is entered into between the purchaser (Client) and VNATech for the acquisition and provision of additional and miscellaneous services. By requesting or purchasing these services through VNATech, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined herein.

  1. Service Acquisition: VNATech, upon request by the Client, may purchase additional and miscellaneous services on behalf of the Client or entity.

  2. Ownership and Control: The ownership and control of these services shall be retained by VNATech, acting as the primary administrator or account holder, unless otherwise specified in writing.

  3. Usage Rights: The Client is granted the right to utilize and benefit from the additional and miscellaneous services for the duration of their active service with VNATech.

  4. Renewal and Expiry: VNATech is responsible for managing the renewal and expiration of the acquired services. The Client will be informed in advance of any associated renewal fees and expiration dates.

  5. Transfer or Cancellation: Any request for transfer, cancellation, or modification of the acquired services must be communicated to VNATech and is subject to VNATech's policies, terms, and any applicable fees.

  6. Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for compliance with VNATech's terms of service, payment obligations, and any additional terms specific to the acquired services.

By requesting or purchasing additional and miscellaneous services through VNATech, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Virtual Assistant Add-On Service Policy:

This policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with VNATech's Virtual Assistant Add-On Service. By utilizing this service, the client (Client) acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Scope of Service: VNATech's Virtual Assistant Add-On Service is designed to assist clients with various administrative tasks, communications, and outreach on their behalf. The virtual assistant operates under the direct instruction and guidance of the client.

Client Responsibility: While VNATech's virtual assistant diligently carries out assigned tasks, the client acknowledges that the virtual assistant is acting as an extension of the client's operations. The client retains full responsibility for the content, messaging, and any consequences related to the virtual assistant's outreach on their behalf.

Reputation and Brand Association: VNATech's virtual assistant service explicitly disclaims any responsibility for the reputation, public perception, or association of the client's business or brand resulting from the virtual assistant's actions. The client is solely accountable for the consequences of the virtual assistant's outreach activities.

Information Security: The client agrees to provide necessary information and instructions for the virtual assistant's tasks while ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive data. VNATech takes appropriate measures to protect client information in accordance with its privacy and security policies.

Limitation of Liability: VNATech shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences, including but not limited to reputational impact, associated with the client's use of the Virtual Assistant Add-On Service.

By subscribing to or utilizing the Virtual Assistant Add-On Service, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.

Customer Engagement and Online Presence Policy:

Service Focus: VNATech specializes in technology and marketing solutions with a primary focus on building and enhancing the online presence of businesses. Our goal is to increase audience engagement through strategic online marketing efforts.

 

No Guarantee of Customers or Sales: While VNATech is dedicated to delivering high-quality services, Clients acknowledge and understand that we do not guarantee specific customer numbers or sales outcomes during the period of our services. The success of online presence and engagement efforts can be influenced by various factors beyond our control, including market conditions and client-specific variables.

 

Strategic Support: VNATech is committed to providing strategic support to optimize online visibility, brand awareness, and audience interaction. Our services aim to create a strong foundation for client success in the digital landscape.

 

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, collaboration during the service process, and adherence to any outlined recommendations or strategies. The effectiveness of our services is enhanced through open communication and mutual collaboration.

 

Measurement and Reporting: VNATech will provide regular reports and analytics to track the progress of online presence and engagement efforts. While these metrics are valuable indicators, Clients understand that success is multifaceted and may not be solely reflected in numerical outcomes.

 

Service Termination: Clients have the flexibility to terminate services at any time, subject to the terms outlined in our termination policy. No guarantees or obligations extend beyond the termination of services.

 

By engaging VNATech's technology and marketing services, Clients acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
